Got into an debate with a woman over this. I contended that men now have an additional reason not to commit: because a woman can sign up with an online dating app (Tinder, Bumble, Match, etc) and within about 72 hrs have about 300 men who want to connect with her.

She countered that the overwhelming majority of these men are losers. If they really had it going on, they wouldn't need to be going thru these apps, they'd have plenty of opportunities IRL.

I countered back that even if 95% of the men responding in the app aren't good enough, then the remaining 5% x 300 male respondents means that there will be about 15 men who ARE good enough. That's 15 good men to choose from.
