Blue pill describes, at least the way I use it, a set of naive and optimisitc beliefs about dating and the other sex: Dating is that bad, one can generally trust other people, dating around is healthy and mistakes are often no big deal, there's something or someone out there for everyone etc.

It is, at any rate, a lot less cynical then red and also prompts different courses of action. Most of these beliefs are based on things we are told, especially when we are younger, both by the media and also by older people or persons of authority (parents, teachers etc.). I personally think being blue pilled makes people a lot more vulnerable to being taken advantage of - and some bloops will probably claim it's worth it anyway since it's a healthier frame of mind anyway.

While I absolutely believe there are people who are genuinely convinced of their blue pill beliefs and hold them in good faith (which I have no issue with - people acting in good faith when spreading their ideas is a-okay) - but there is definitely a subset of people out there who intentionally blue-pill people despite themselves not holding that belief, for one of two reasons:

- They want to make these people easier to exploit and take advantage of them - blue pilled young women are much more susceptible to being pumped and dumped etc (they can be used as essentially self-supporting free-range harems), while many blue-pilled young men are semi-productive harmless quasi-eunuchs (and thus moderately useful orbiters or no competition for Chad-lites)

- People who fell for the scam themselves and had it not work out for them are now pulling other people in behind them in a desperate bid to justify the shit that was done to them

So yeah. Malicious blue pilling. It exists, it isn't rare, and I think it's a problem. CMV
