I would think this would comedown to physical attractiveness. The less attractive you are, the less your SMV would be. Having STD’s would be a big one. If you’re known for sleeping with anyone/everyone it could hurt your SMV because you don’t know what kind of diseases the woman could have.

If this is about you, you should be able to do a pretty simple evaluation of basic things. Like are you in shape, young (in relation to who you are looking to attract), do you dress well, groom yourself well, have symmetrical features and no deformities.

If you are basing your SMV on how much you get approached, then you aren't getting an accurate estimate. The amount you get approached has a lot to do with the scenes you frequent, how approachable/friendly you look, if you are with guy friends that appear to be your bf, if you have cock blockers (male and female) surrounding you, and a handful of other things.

The aspects of SMV that aren't physical (like being a complete psychopath, extremely low IQ, or having diseases) will be a factor too, but wouldn't be known to complete strangers.

Edit in response to your edit: I'm not sure anything would really make it TOO hard for a woman to get laid or a relationship. The things that would slow them down, or force them to aim lower, are the same things in my first paragraph. There are always exceptions and always women that can overcome certain deficiencies, but a vast majority of guys are looking for those simple things for a quick evaluation. And if they don't add up to a high enough value, they won't be showing interest. Add some leeway for drunk guys.

If I had to think about something universal, that doesn’t match my personal preferences, it’d be: -Having a high “body count” From what I’ve seen, a lot of men seem to think that a woman becomes “lower value” if she’s slept with a lot of guys. -Having children outside of the potential relationship A lot of men wouldn’t want to take care of children who aren’t theirs, so they’d think of the woman as “baggage”. -Being in debt Same thing with previous commentary. But there are some factors that would make a woman a poor choice to most men:

1.She doesn't want a family

Poorly educated and not particularly bright
Impulsive and might have substance-abuse issues
Dresses down and lacks style
Is from a bad family, and has a sketchy past (high N count, etc.)

For me I would add

Lacks culture (no appreciation for the arts, not well-read, poor musical taste)
Bad ideology (feminism, radical egalitarianism, preachy, self-righteous)

So while a cute Japanese girl might appear to have high SMV, she might be lacking, simply because she can't carry on a conversation, doesn't have much interest in marriage or family (wants to be career girl), and lacks culture (she knows how to solve an equation, but has never read a line of poetry, doesn't read for pleasure, and can't even comprehend a symphony--in short, boring)

Unfeminine. And yes, tattoos do make you unfeminine. There's a reason why so many people are saying tattoos. Marks on the skin are inherently more masculine. It's rough. Women have a little bit more fat which makes their skin smoother, so smooth skin is more feminine. It's needling your skin for a look (tough, manly). Saying tattoos are unattractive on a woman is only as much personal preference as mostly anything else you could say is personal preference. Some guys like fat girls.
