I gave up on most OLD except for Hinge which I can leave active and not have to waste any time swiping left/right on profiles because men can make the first move and send you a match request. My profile includes my interests, goals, etc. Meanwhile 99% of men on Hinge either have a prompt answer like "I like tacos" or "I went on a spontaneous trip with my friends back in high school 🤪" and on the off-chance they have something mildly interesting on their bio and match you, the first message will be some shit like "You're so pretty 😍 " or "Wyd?" (sent at 10 PM), or something even worse where they expect YOU to carry the chat...yikes. That's the best they will do despite having a whole profile of info to start a conversation about readily available on their phone. Like, you don't even have to deal with approaching a woman IRL or being rejected because its OLD, yet still can't be assed to put in minimal effort. I appreciate being single and the freedom to use the unmatch/block button more every day lol
