Most of those men aren’t actually INTJ they just wish they were because of misconceptions about the personality type. I’m an INTJ and I’ve come across some INTJ men before and they’re more romantically clueless than they are master emotional manipulators but do tend to be painfully arrogant.

My narc ex was an INTJ. Cold, self absorbed, and looked down on everything I cared about. I would never date another man who is so wrapped up in his own intellectualism and conceited introversion. I also just hate people who pride themselves on drowning in pointless abstract concepts and then act like others who are living in the real world just don't "get it". Pls stfu

Glad I'm not the only one noticing! As an ENTJ lurking in INTJ subs I have one thing to say

Women INTJs are almost always successful straight A students or career women who mostly "complain" about how it's hard to find a man or women friends who aren't intimidated by their money or job.

INTJ men on the other hand are psychopaths in denial, or psychopaths competing with other self diagnosed psychopaths about who's the best psyco. I'm talking guys who think they are some kind of misunderstood genius while in reality they can't even have a phone call. Guys who think they are Light Yagami yet they fail in school (but it's cool cause Bill gates failed X class or something) and are obssesed with the 100£ they have on Bitcoin. If he says he's an INTJ in a way of 'bragging' R U N SIS.

I swear, there is some alignment magic with FDS. I just had this issue with a weird ass, playing-hard-to-get nerd. I can't believe a man is taking himself seriously if he -at age 30- is living in a studio apartment the size of my room with no living room furniture and a "kitchen" the size of of a desk.

Its super easy for someone to fake their results on these tests if they wanted to. Theres more than enough information available online for them to manipulate their results. Intj seems to be a very popular go to for people that want to come off as edgy

Ughhh, or guys who call themselves ENTPs. Like as an ENTP myself please don't use a personality archetype that you picked cause you felt was cool as an excuse to act like a psychopath. No it's not you being a "debater" and questioning society's rules, what's really going on is that you're being argumentative and everyone in the room wishes you'd shut up. Also is it just me or do they seem to really like making people mad and pretending not to know why?? And in my experience they are some of the guys who are more prone to trying to smirk in an attractive way and failing miserably (look imma be honest here only 1% of guys actually manage to pull off The Smirk, and no Micheal that 1% is not you.)

I don’t take take MBTI seriously at all it’s honestly in a similar category as horoscopes for me. But... every time my friend make me do the test it is either INTJ or ENTJ it’s supposedly a very rare type. I figured the dude that lasted about it were just doing the dude version of “not like other girls” or reverse engineering the results. Anyway they are insufferable and obviously don’t actually fit the description since they care sooooo much. It’s in the same group of dude who like fight club for all the wrong reasons.

A Myers-Briggs personality description does not explain temperament, or personal attributes. It might describe some behavioral traits in hypothetical situations though.

I like quizzes and personality tests as much as the next guy, but if your mbti type is one of the first things I learn about someone as a person, that’s an instant pass. Especially INTJ, or INFP lol

I was labeled INTJ by that test, but I quickly realised that if a man puts that on his profile, he definitely has some sort of Napoleon complex lol. I first thought that meant that we would have something to talk about and he might be quite smart, but it turned out to be a disappointment. Im not gonna entertain some arrogant loser, so I actively avoided men that put it on their profile ( I was on OLD pre-FDS).

INTJ actually has the most psychopaths and covert narcissists out of any type. I'm wary as hell if a man tells me he's an INTJ. I myself used to score as that before i did a huge amount of self work and shifted over to trusting my intuition more.. now i score as INFJ.

I get on well with some INTJs.. the conversations can be great, but quite a lot of them are arrogant and unfeeling dickheads that think they're above everyone else and should be worshipped.

Also what's with men's aversion to S types? Almost every time a guy mentions is MBTI results, he says he's an N even though just from talking to him it doesn't seem like that at all.
