This isn't even an exaggeration, various people have told me to avoid dating men from here because most of the times they are trash. Even my uncle has told me to avoid men from here like the plague, and looked pretty disgusted as he was talking about them. The reason why the men from here are the most LVM you could find is because of machismo culture. I don't think I have met a guy who wasn't one of those rabid "anti-feminist" type (you know the type.) And most of the times, they expect to have a mommy bangmaid to do everything for them, cook them all their meals, do their chores, etc. Because the culture here is still very regressive in that sense and they have been taught by their own mothers that this is the way it should be. Furthermore, I have yet to see a guy that isn't following like 100 instagram models.

Perhaps the worst of all is the fact that age gap relationships are not only extremely common so they are very normalized. No one would bat an eye at a 25 year old dating a 16 year old, so most men have no problem in trying to actively pursue someone way younger than them. I remember one of my school friends a long time ago was talking to one 20 year old and one other dude in his mid twenties, while she was literally 14. I also see many of my former classmates on Facebook talking and sharing memes of how much they love older adult men while still being teenagers themselves and it makes me cringe so very much.

I don't like to generalize but it's truly almost impossible to find a guy who doesn't at least possess one of these traits. If I were single, I would 100% not even bother dating at all while still living here.
