Reminds me of when my twin sister and I were 15 and our older 23 year old male friend was joking how our boobs were small and that they were as big as his man boobs. Uhh OK? If you have man boobs that big, doesn’t it mean you need to hit the gym? 🙄

When my ex bodyshamed me, I grabbed his manboob infront of his friends ( on purpose) and told him he could be new VS model. VS men model wearing probably 42B bra. I usually mirror the guy and say it in public loud and clear what I think about his body and shame it.

I know right? In my situation, my father was the first person to body shame me. He felt the need to put me down since I developed stretch marks early. He said no one would want me. “Guys don’t like that.” As if I needed a guy to be able to love myself. My mother has stretch marks as well and she still went in on the shaming. Funny thing is that my dad is really overweight... 🥴

I've had my body reduced to parts by men who look like the human equivalent of a hairy Jabba the Hutt. It started young as well (around 11) as I developed early on. I was also in the midst of an ugly duckling phase, so I'd get comments from male family members on how I'd have to study hard because the best I can hope for is being a "sugar momma". I got apologies once I came out a swan, albeit it was about how fuckable I became at the ripe age of16 🤢.

I still get negged on a lot by acquaintances about the slightest weight gain, complimented if I lose weight then simulataneously backhanded for "needing" breast augmentation and getting a flat ass, or how my nose is juuuustt a little bit too misshapen or my ears are just a little bit asymmetrical, or how I "ruined" my naturally blonde hair by getting done brunette. All of them being old, fat, balding, or all around creeps. Scrotes will always find a way to bring women down and body shame them, and it usually comes from those who are ugly as hell. No wonder they're all single.

You know, I'm starting to think my lack of conformity to traditional beauty standards is a real blessing. I think it's shielded me from legions of LVM who treat me as if I'm invisible. It may have saved me from a lot of hurt and exploitation.

My ex husband would subtly neg my body. He would do it from a place of "concern" like telling me something I wanted to wear wasn't flattering or just didn't fit me right. Really tore me down over time but he was "nice" enough about it he could deny any wrongdoing if I told him he hurt my feelings and he would apologize.

We were married 20 years. He started in on me how I was getting older and couldn't expect him to be as attracted to me because I had aged and I lost my shit. I asked him if he thought he was gorgeous or in shape. I pointed out his fucking gut and told him it was embarrassing he didn't know how to dress himself and walked around in too short t-shirts with his gut hanging out the bottom like he was a overgrown toddler.

All the years of his "constructive criticism" and jabs at my appearance and once I finally turned it around on him, we lasted a couple more months and the marriage was over. He could dish it out but he could not take it at all. They are so fragile and emotional and over sensitive, all the things they accuse us of being.

Guys who say things like this are all over the place. When they say things like this, you know they weren't raised to be anything better. All they will ever be in life is an LVM with a lizard brain. They don't actually contribute anything to society except maybe labor.

I have an unfortunate birth mark at the top of my bum right above my cheek crease. My LVM ex made many many comments about it. How it was gross and I should get it bleached and whatever. Having herd so much about it for 5 years I understandably became self conscious so when I became intimate with my current HVM I told him about it before hand. He looked at me puzzled and said "why would I care about that?" my anxiety instantly melted. One of the many many differences that set them worlds apart.

If it makes you feel any better, one time, when I was 12 or so, eating a melon in public, some random scrote told me not to “eat too much” bcs I’ll get fat 🤦🏻‍♀️. As if one watermelon is gonna make me thick or I live only to please your sick eyes 🙄

I dated a guy once when I was doing competition weight lifting. He was all about how “good I looked with my muscle” but as soon as I dumped him I was a “gross she-male who probably took steroids...yuck, gross.” 🤣🤣🤣

The requirements most women have for a man's appearance are basic grooming and not being clinically obese. Dad-bods are widely accepted as normal even when a man doesn't have kids and doesn't have his body physiogically changed by childbirth.

Meanwhile men expect women to be living sex dolls. Women are shamed if they are even a couple of pounds overweight, but at the same time expected to have a round ass and big boobs. I have been teased, shamed for my weight by previous partners, (I have a very average BMI of 23), being flat chested, having a few pimples (I do not have acne just occasionally get spots) and being too tall at 5'10". The very average men I have dated actually feel entitled to date a model and a normal healthy girl is never enough, (and yes this was pre FDS and they watched porn and followed Instagram girls).
