Notice that women rarely idolize strangers. We by and large view people as people, flawed and imperfect. Men will idolize sports stars, businesspeople, motivational speakers, tv personalities, even comic book characters. They can be convinced to follow viewpoints simply because their admired man-of-choice parrots said viewpoint. There is no nuanced view. They give no such benefit to the women in their lives, the people who actually love and care for them. To admire a male persona, who has never met them and doesn't care if they live or die, over their strong and loving women actually in their lives, is both very odd and very disturbing.

Theyre like that because they view men as people equal to them so they have no problem following what other men say but they view women as inferior to them so following a woman would mean theyre inferior to women which would in their minds make them bottom of the barrel, because at least when theyre following men theyre still above women.

Hmm. Well I have to disagree. Nearly all my exe’s good friends have hit on me either while I was still with my partner or after we’d broken up. The things men say about each other to us women when the “friends”‘aren’t around is very telling. Many men are not loyal to each other at all. They may need each for companionship but it doesn’t mean they necessarily like each other or wouldn’t sell them down the river if a good opportunity came up. Men are selfish. They put themselves first.
