It's not the first time that scientist discover that for the first time, and it won't be the last time that people pretend the male and female brain are completely indistinguable and only molded by society.

This will be the reaction of feminist 'academia'. Dismissing actual science in favor of untestable social theories about 'gendered brains' unrelated to biology and created by some amorphous influence of the patriarchy.

Truth is, science has degenerated from a systematic study of the natural world through observation, experimentation, and the formulation of testable hypotheses to understand, explain, and predict phenomena to a bias enforcement and justification tool.

Whenever I hear modern scientivism spout their nonsense - this seems to be worse in the soft ones like social, psychology and the like - I can't happen but to remember an old episode of Star Trek Deep Space Nine. In the show there is a alien race called the Kardassians, and in one episode one of them who is sort of friends with a human explains to him how their crime or court shows or hearings (can't remember quite all details) and stories work different than humans in the sense that before it starts, the verdict is always already settled. The accused is already guilty. The whole point of the process is to find out why and how guilty the accused is. That is how the modernist feel to me. No point in talking with them. Verdict was settled before they started - i.e. all men bad, all women suppressed, patriarchy, ... therefore science is not about studying anything really, it is right or wrong based on the conclusions. You conclude what they want you are right. And that is how they promote, fund and cast out.

This is a key part of the article that I think many people in this thread missed. While I don't reject the notion of male and female brains being inherently different due to their sex, this study by no means proves that.

This still doesn't answer whether the differences are innate, caused by hormonal differences caused by the XX vs XY chromosomes or just societal expectations and interactions molding malleable brains.
The article hinted that the 1,500 brain scans were due to mental disorders. This might bias the analysis.

There is no denial this is the case, but I have a sincere question. Why SOME men tend to be better at details and SOME women at spatial awareness? Since the differences are "women/men TEND" then some people would work differently. Again, i am not arguing woth what you said

They placed an obstacle between a toddler and their mother. The Boys tried to remove the obstacle or find a way around it.

The Girls went to the obstacle, realised it‘s böocking their path, and started crying, until their mother picked them up.
