Pick any two of the above and don't expect the rest. You can only get about 50% of what you want, even if you are very lucky. If your girl is low n or a virgin, then she is not going have sex with you before you get married. If she puts her family first over career, then you are going to liable if she wants a divorce. You can't have it all. If you find someone who you think fits all 4 of your criteria, then go after her and lock her down.

For the purpose of this discussion, I am going to assume you are a white male.

Asian and Muslim girls who haven't westernized will have lower N-counts. If you're a college student seriously consider looking into the foreign exchange students. But from what I've seen, the type of girl you described is my gf. The only way I see myself getting with her, was while she was young, and didn't realize her worth yet.

I feel bad for monogamy-minded men nowadays. I used to be one of them. Had the dream of a wife and kids. I even spent a good portion of my life getting ready to fill that role. Bought a nice house, make enough to support a family by myself, but in the process of looking for the woman to build that life with, I began to notice some recurring themes in women and the culture that enables them.

I pulled on that thread, and there was no going back.

So I restructured my life priorities. My only real regret is that my parents won't get grandchildren (my mom loves kids).

As for sexually compatible, if she isn't lusting after your phallus then you might as well leave now. And for you, you need to want to please her more than getting off yourself.
