Instead of speculating how unfair a man would be treated, why not actually look at other instances where doctor's took and shared inappropriate pictures of their patients? Cause when I looked it up, I found several instances where they were punished or fired from their job, but no criminal follow up. So it looks like this girl was treated more harshly than male doctors who do the same.

I realize the intent of this sub is to slam women and get back at them. I get it. But some of the things I see on here are just absurd. First off. I come from a long background in the legal/criminal justice field so this is not just off the cuff. Sex offender from those mentioning it... It all depends on how this was done. Did she do this in front of colleagues and they all got a laugh then sent it out? Then no sex offender status nor prison time will happen. None. Did she do this then stare, make lewd comments, touch it and so on? Then yes, criminal charges and sex offender status would be appropriate. Would a lawsuit be successful. Very likely and very likely the hospital would settle. For someone to say the hospital is connected or a judge would not be impartial is ludicrous. This lady lost her job and hopefully her career. This is quite a loss as she will now have trouble finding another career with the same stability. I realize many here hate women but reading some of the shit some of you post is just insane.
