Breast lifts are basically the only way outside of lucky genetics. Also avoiding extreme weight fluctuations. Many women get breast lifts after breastfeeding or just as they age, there is 0 shame in it.

There are no creams or pills that defy gravity.

The pencil test 🤣 I'm only 30 but have lost a good amount of weight the last couple years (for my health) and I would fail that miserably. I've brought up my displeasure with my new boobs to my husband and he's like "sure they're not as big but have you noticed how SOFT they are now?!?!?"

Anyway, you're worrying about a hill of bananas. Female bodies change over time, keep healthy and you will stay attractive. As other have said are you going to skip having kids because of this? There's not much you can do.

I think for most husbands, they understand bodies change over time and confidence is the sexiest thing. If you own your changing body and still bring on the sexy, I think you’ll be just fine.

Or, he can pay for some nips and tucks if you choose.

Someone women have success with chest exercises; building the chest muscles somewhat lifts the breasts but not dramatically.

Exercise however decreases body fat which might contribute to further sagging … a lot of fitness influencers have secret breast implants or surgery to hide the fact or because they are embarrassed by not having large breasts despite their petite frames etc.

In all reality, as someone who has experienced sagging:

— Don’t lose a ton of weight, and try not to gain much either. Try to stay exactly where you’re at. (This is the #1 biggest thing, and it’s somewhat unavoidable with pregnancy.)

— Stay plenty hydrated (this helps skin elasticity)

— Consume plenty of collagen and biotin

— I think if you are well-endowed, wearing bras actually helps because the skin stretches less.

— I’ve found chest exercises actually help a lot. My boobs look way perkier when I’m working out my chest.

The main thing is weight gain/loss. Most of these other things will only help a little, and to an extent these changes are super normal as you age.

Also: my boobs stopped passing the pencil test at 14. That was definitely created by smaller women lol.

There’s nothing you can do, particularly if you have children and breastfeed.

Generally speaking this is not something men care about, and if your husband does then I’m sure he will be happy to pay for a lift.

From your previous posts I know that you are 19 - what are your relationship goals and what is your timeline for them?

Asking about sagging breasts is off topic in your situation because this will not help you find a date as a 19 year old and you won't even know if it makes any difference to your relationship until you are in one and the inevitable happens. By the time your breasts start sagging you will be past the prime dating age. You need to worry about other things before that happens.

I think you are posting these questions in order to avoid the real issues that are stopping you from becoming more attractive and feminine. You are hyper focussing on irrelevant things or things that are not useful to your situation instead of actually confronting meaningful self change. Your post titles are:

All of your posts have the following things in common: - they are all hypothetical - they are irrelevant to your actual situation (with the possible exception of the Captain post but you never clarified whether that was a hypothetical)

And your situation is that, you are a 19yo woman. This situation is nothing new, and has a tried and true strategy.

On my last comment on your post I asked you to forget the sexual stuff and look at hair and makeup. Now, again, if I were you I would make sure my next post is not a hypothetical and directly relates to efforts to meeting men, vetting men, things you have tried to make yourself attractive to men, or things you have tried to make yourself more approachable to men. One of the things you said in your previous posts still stands out to me - when a man you knew said you had a knack for making the sexiest things dry and uninteresting. Seems like that is a much better idea for self improvement than sagging breasts!

I had a breast reduction (which includes a lift) at 15 and can still pass the "pencil test", of which I am just now hearing, at 36. I'll have my fourth in April, though breastfeeding hasn't really been an option for me. So, if you choose to go a surgical route, my anecdotal testimony is that the results are long lasting.

That ship sailed for me soon after I even started growing breasts. I think you just learn to get on with it.

I’ve also heard the same about bras causing sagging.,, and also not wearing bras causing sagging.

I just wear them for support when I’m gonna be doing some heavy up-and-downs around town or exercising…. And when I’m at home I leave em to sag as they please.

Based on my research, the best supplements to maintain thickness and elasticity of the skin which you lose when you age are:

* Hydrolyzed collagen peptides - ~10g per day. It's quite expensive, so you might realistically drop it to 5g or less.
* hyaluronic acid - 200mg per day. Note that these are oral supplements, not topical.
* There is argument that if you're low on Vitamin C, it could impair your skin health, so worth looking out for.
* Generic health advice like maintain a low body fat level, avoid alcohol, smoke, etc.

Ideally, you'll be taking them for the rest of your life and I can't say they'll change your life or that you'll even know if they're helping or not, but it's a gamble I'm personally willing to take.

I advise against going down the niacinamide rabbit hole unless you're really committed. You'll likely end up taking such a small dose to avoid side effects that you can expect very minor benefit with relatively little scientific backing for its efficacy.

The only thing I would add to the comments above is just a general self care tip - try dry brushing before you shower. I doubt it would help much with lifting, but it will improve your skin (making it softer/tighter). I’ve found it helpful in fading the appearance of small stretch marks from weight loss. So it could help with that if that’s a concern as sagging may cause stretch marks

I find inversions helpful. If gravity is the reason we sag, might as well spend some time upside down to combat being upright all day.

I do yoga poses as well as lay on my bed with my head/chest hanging off the bed.

I’m not sure if it works. But it sure feels like it.

Full text: I am concerned about sagging over time and I am wondering if there are any methods to prevent it or at least slow it down?

Being able to at least pass the pencil test would be my preference. (Place a pencil underneath each one and if they fall to the floor the sagging is not that bad)

I have heard that bras cause sagging as they cause reliance on additional support; however I have also heard that that is just a myth?

I have also heard that Niacinamide might help somehow?

Does anyone know of many good methods, or treatments or books or sources I can read?

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do.. especially after pregnancy. It’s natural. My husband says his tastes change as he gets older. But I’m still going to get a lift when I’m done having kids.

Let me sum it up.

While yes a breast lift is most direct choice it is not the only choice or always best.

There are some things that can do that def make a real change/help. Though are lifestyle so not an somewhat quick fix like surgery.

Hydration, don’t under estimate this water plus moisturise the skin, don’t need anything fancy for this

Healthy diet and not smoking and little alcohol as possible

Don’t go up and down with weight if can avoid (of course pregnancy etc will cause some changes) maintaining healthy weight best. If trying to lose weight slow and steady best as rapid loss usually by over doing it is what makes sagging way worse

This big one. Chest exercises. Are lots on YouTube just search lift breasts exercise or along those lines.

I have naturally big boobs before having first baby was a 34E cup. Following multiply pregnancies, breastfeeding and some weight gain I was 36G. Started losing weight and was so worried about my boobs becoming (more saggy) as started going that way after all of above. I did these things, lost weight healthy way over time, body butter/moisturiser twice a day. Healthy foods and water. And three/four times a week for 10-20min chest exercises at home off YouTube, weights weren’t needed.

I had great results. You’ll see people saying breasts are all fatty tissue so can’t tone/lift etc now this is technically true but what people don’t get is under the beasts are your chest muscles and those you can 100% build and lift which will then lift the breast tissue on top of them. Just think of big gym guys with big chest muscles. ( this didn’t make me bulky in any way so don’t worry )

This is best done to prevent further sagging and gain some decent lift and firming.

Resistance and strength training have been scientifically proven to help firm skin. You can also try taking collagen and making sure you’re getting the vitamins you need! If you’re really concerned, red light therapy has benefits for helping stimulate cell turnover in skin.

Beyond that, as others have said, a breast lift would probably be your best bet.

Breast lift if it really bothers you. But girl, I could fit a whole school pack of #2's after breastfeeding 2 babies and honestly it's a nothing burger. Try to accept your body for the beautiful creation that it is.
