The loss of your woman is the sting that'll ache for a bit then heal by itself, but the fact that she chose some other bastard over you is the real poison. As someone who has been cheated on, and gave her countless chances which blew up in my face in the end I can only tell you to move on.

Take it as a learning experience, you learned that women cannot be trusted and that if you slip into beta for one moment she will jump on the first D which is around.

Just move on with your life, try to get her out of your mind, I know it's hard but it's doable, take some time for yourself, thing about what you want to improve, get fit, improve you professional life what ever, as long as it's not related to women, and focus all you energy in that area, use every waking moment to improve what you've chosen.

Your emotions have not kicked in fully yet. You will be in pain for next couple of days/weeks or even months. While you are in pain, acknowledge that this is a phase that you NEED TO GET THROUGH. After you're out of this, everything in your life will be better. But you need to go through this. Use the pain and anger to improve yourself. Lift, read, get hobbies, talk to close friends etc. But do not contact her under any circumstances. Not for a half a year at least.

Your post is old but I was in the same boat as you. And I decided to go to a funeral of her dying father ( because of my close relationship to the family)coming up so I keep ripping off the bandaid.

First of all, this is not a bad time. You are lucky. When you look back on this moment, you are going to laugh. You are also going to cringe a bit, realizing the bullet you've dodged.

You get to start fresh, with new eyes.

First thing, burrow into monk mode for a little while. Drop out of sight from your friends and family (within reason). NO WOMEN. Cut out as much TV, porn, video games or whatever other distractions as you can. Start eating clean and get yourself into a gym. If you've never been, go ahead and get a trainer for a bit and learn the ropes. Work hard and furious. Make sure you have a regular and healthy sleep schedule. Go ahead and get yourself a new hobby, perhaps something creative, object-oriented.

Meanwhile, lean on this sub and related reading, and give it a real go. Honestly, even if you were going to reject Red Pill, stay in the same cycles, it would still be advisable to do all of the above. Tune in, drop out, fuck shit up. From this point on, you are going to be your own man. It's gonna hurt. I hope it hurts.

First off, I'm sorry, man. It fucking hurts like hell. It happened to me and I'm sure it's happened to pretty much everyone here.

That said, my advice s to solidify every nail in the coffin you want to make, now. Delete her off of everything. Phone numbers, social media, friends that you know are really hers, get rid of them all and separate yourself from her in every way. Anytime that voice says "but maybe" tell it to fuck off, because YOU didn't cheat on her and even gave her another chance, and she doubted it enough to betray you twice.

As this is happening, let yourself feel miserable for a while and understand that it's perfectly normal for you to feel shitty given what's happened. You will be challenging leftover old beliefs and cementing new beliefs as well, it won't be a cakewalk.

Think of all the time, money and energy spent on her and how much of that could have been for yourself, and appreciate everything about you that deserves it, and admit everything about you that doesn't and get rid of what doesn't. Spend that time, money and energy on yourself.

Get off women for a while and start to look at peoples actions as opposed to words or feelings. This applies to everyone, yourself included.

Read up as much on TRP as possible and implement routines and goals for yourself. Things that will give you pleasure and take you further.

If after 6 months you want to re-evaluate all that, do it then. For now though, make everything about you. It's an adjustment phase, but if you want to thrive, it's worth investing in.

As someone who lost "his girl" and was left to clean up a giant fucking financial mess while losing his job, his self-respect (and the respect of others) as well as having a mental breakdown, I can tell you 8 months later that there's no journey I would have rather taken. And really, my life is just beginning.
