Nothing most of the times. I practice 16/8 intermittent fasting with lunch around noon being my first meal, or to be more precise the first thing I eat/drink that is not pure water, and dinner around 7-8pm being my last meal.

If I happen to eat breakfast, it's going to be eggs, mushrooms, peppers and bacon.

Usually about 500gms of oats, bananas and honey. Lots of water and a herbal tea.

At the moment I’m on that Keto so it’s around 12 eggs and bean mix(canned chick peas, lentils and four bean mix/kidney beans/any other beans). The current usually mixes it with mince and taco seasoning for flavour.

Trying also to work into OMAD/IF but after training I’m super hungry at 6am so I’m trying to work out my best feed window.

You just gotta work out the best nutritional regime for you. Then stick to it.

Overnight oats — fill a large container with oatmeal and milk, add whatever you want, and leave in the fridge overnight so the oats soak the milk up.

I add cinnamon sugar, honey, banana, and some mixed berries.

Tastes better than regular oats.

I'm in the service and it's too much time for me to go home after morning PT, so I have one of those tiny crackers and cheese lunchables for me to eat on the way there just to give me some carbs and prote. I go to the gym right after PT (PT sucks nuts for a workout). I also usually bring with me these "egg quiches" that I make a few nights before in a little muffin oven tray to eat for my real breakfast after the gym. Those are egg, cheese, sweet potato (for the crust), broccoli, peppers, and whatever other stuff I think will make it taste good.

I usually eat eggs and bacon with either milk or a protein shake.

If I wanted to change things up I make high calorie pancakes since I’m bulking. You need:

1/2 cup of oats
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
4 eggs

You blend the oats, then add the rest and blend it again and just pour it on a pan (make multiple little pancakes so it’s easier to cook) to cook. If you add butter and honey the calories add up to around 1000.

Either Huel if I'm in a rush (I try to avoid Soylent because soy) or some eggs, a large pancake made with cottage cheese for extra protein (think syrnik), and some sausage if I feel like it. Some days I will just make an omlette with spinach, depends on what I want. Huel is probably healthier than the pancake tbh. I take vitamin D and multivitamins regardless though.

I don't skip breakfast ever. When I'm cutting, I skip lunch. Seems to work pretty well for me.

Edit: forgot the 1-2 cups of coffee

50g of carbs, 15g fat and 40g protein. Macros man. Find your BMR and calculate from there. Usually 2g of carbs per lb, 1-1.5g protein per lb and 0.3-0.5g of fat per lb of body weight. Be consistent. Make sure the sources of these macros are solid choices. (I'm at 6.2% bf and nasty af, crossfit, jujitsu, etc..,)
