You can not be down with having sex for a million different reasons—especially if your body is going through an uncomfortable hormonal shift—and not be trying to manipulate someone in the process. Believe it or not, people can be making whole decisions that are not at all based on you because you’re not at the center of everything.
Turning down sex isn’t “weaponizing” and this is a dangerous thing to keep repeating to yourself and to others on the internet.

If a woman truly doesn't want to have sex on her period, that's perfectly fine. Headache, long day, stomachache, exhausted, just had her nails done, pissed off at her mother, or whatever other reason she comes up with.
If you're honest with yourself, sweetie, you either have, or know someone that has, used the "I'm on my period" excuse, when they're not on their period, to avoid sex with their significant other. And I'll bet you've got at least one girlfriend that "uses that line on him all the time".
What I've simply written is that I'm letting her know that I don't have an issue with having sex during her period, and by default I'm also taking that 'excuse' off the table.
In essence, my letting you know that I don't mind sex during your period keeps you honest, ie not weaponizing the "I'm on my period" line.

The funny thing is that the human mind doesn't comprehend negatives.
I had one girl say "We're not going to have sex" when I invited her over - just out of the blue.I just replied "Well I didn't necessarily invite you over for that, but we can do it if you want!"Sadly this just made her really angry. One thing that you learn as a man is that the decision to have sex rests with the woman. If not, then EPAR would be legal - but of course it isn't and it's just wrong. It's wrong because women are the ones granted by nature to decide whether sex is going to happen or not. As a man, you can only influence that decision but you can't actually make it.
So what happens is that the woman decides that she wants to have sex with you and doesn't actually say anything. You're sitting there, talking to her and flailing around trying to get her to sleep with you and she's already decided and is just waiting for you to do something. You have no idea if it's even the right thing to do because she's not communicating any desire and you both end up frustrated.
So for a woman to guilt trip you afterwards and say things like "you used me for sex", and "now you're responsible for me in a relationship" as if sex is dance that only takes one person to tango.... is absolute nonsense. In her head it opens up the possibility that you EPARed her, which is something that no man should ever have to deal with should she have buyers remorse later. It's just BS.
If they don't like you enough to fully express their desire in a sexual act then I'm not really interested. Good news is that once you know how to get women to feel a desire for sex, then you have a much easier time with them.

Anti Slut Defense. Women are conditioned growing up to be modest, and not a “slut.” Some girls get over this by high school, some later in life. Girls want sex just as much as guys, but because of social cues and conditioning, they don’t wanna be seen as slut or whore if they sleep around.

The explanation to this behavior is simply self-denial. People who constantly state what they are or what they are not are self-conscious of their inability of being what they overzealously claim they're against.
Ever met people who constantly say "I don't even care!" or "I'm an honest person" ? These people are signaling the opposite. A person who actually doesn't care wouldn't be even caring enough to say the remark, and an honest person would simply live their honest life without claiming they are honest.
Girls who say they "aren't going to have sex on the first date" are doing the same exact thing. Exactly the same thing happened to me last night. Met up with a girl off a dating app who was already hanging out with a group of her girl friends.
