I recognize that guys shouldn't be required to pay for dates- and I recognize the sexism of our society that expects guys to do it.

My question is this: How do you balance the knowledge that these things are unfair coupled with the reality that things are unfair, and if you expect to land a woman (i.e. not be alone) you have to suffer these injustices?

Before anybody just says, oh no problem- just don't date girls who expect you to pay- I have to be completely honest when I say that I don't think I've ever met girls like that. Should I just spend the rest of my life alone? Or should I perpetuate the the problem by tolerating the behavior just for a shot at having a relationship?
