i just covered this subject in my criminal justice textbook, it states in there that at any point the 'women' (i shit you not it stated anything about rape useing she/her/female, ill post it sometime.) that any point before or "during" sex if they tell you to stop you have to stop or it is considered rape in a court of law. my prof. even stated in the class (he used to be chief of police of SLC utah,) that if a guy goes to the police station and claims rape or domestic violence he would probably get laughed at. (he sated that it was wrong, but that it is the truth)

Was an Air Force cop for 10 years. During that time I learned that according to the military, it is impossible for a man to be raped as defined by military law. If a man was forced to do things, it would be considered sodomy (which was unlawful penetration of an anus or animal) or sexual assault. Both charges carried significantly less repurcussions than rape. Unfortunately, our society still has this idea that a man cannot be raped and that view needs changed.
