If officer is commiting a crime while doing his/her job, dont resist or insult him/her. It will give the officer and excuse. Try to be patient, you can sue the officer after the arresting process. Officers will have nothing to say to defend theirselves in the court since you didnt do anything and this will really effect judge's decisions. I know i sound like a bootlicker but thats the truth.
