People do things that benefit them. Actions don't arise from thin air. A problem women say about men is their inability to think of a woman as human, express emotions and much more. Women say things like most men cat call, only want hookups, and genuinely are selfish assholes. However most men don't see that with their friends. I believe this is because people only see what they want. For example, many think a 100k+ salary is more abudant than what it is. Simply because they see it on social media from a select few and also want it. However with a little introspection and digging you find that percentage to be low. Women are no different and the asshole behavior is what attracts them. So when they interact with others the asshole(selfish) personality sticks out. Kind of like that car you wanted and now it sticks out. So why treat women normal when being an asshole(selfishness) gets more attention? Men come to dating places because they can't attract one, women come because they can't keep one. So the rules are different.
