I've been thinking about this for years, but it's not just women, it's every one, especially the powers that be

Equally, there are men that say the same thing “I’m more of a traditional man and I expect to pay for things”, or the reason why people are in relationships is that they are rich. ignoring all the poor people in relationships.

There are 50% of men and 50% of women. We've been happy to abuse women, to remove their rights of abortion, BUT WE LISTEN TO THEM WHEN THEY SAY "MEN SHOULD PAY".

Why?

Why are women comfortable to go against that but men aren't comfortable going against the idea that men should pay? The mansphere tells you women are golddiggers, bad at this, bad at that, to even proposing mandatory marriages but none of them propose equality when the paycheck comes. Why

Everything you said women say (that you don't like) can be heard from the manosphere too. If fact the only pushback to these BULLSHIT ideas can be found in feminist theory. There's no manospheric book that tells men not to be traditional - to refuse to get caught up on the materialistic bullshit, that whilst there are some/alot of women that want you to treat them as babies, paying for them, taking care of them, you should instead look for adult women.

But no, all the manospheric books use the same NON-SCIENTIFIC evolutionary stories to tell you that you should be the protector and the provider in a world where not only you don't have to, BUT YOU CAN NOT you can't have a wife, 1-3 kids and work a normal job to provide for them to stay at home. Or else you will die an early death but, manosphere bros will clap at your grave for going out as a man - and probably one of them will fuck your wife, and blame her afterward, of course because men think with their dicks - evolution you know.

Society accepts it more when it comes from women because tradition has been labelled as patriarchal.

But almost no one is completely traditional or non-traditional, most of us just cherrypick whatever traditional aspects fit our preferences and discard the other ones.

The key in a relationship is for both to reach some agreement on that matter, otherwise things won't work.

Both are accepted in religious and other conservative demographics, which... last I checked... are still a part of society.

Not everyone is going to condone everything. So what? Do you expect non-traditional factions to endorse traditionalism?

This is a strawman. No one considers it "unacceptable" for men to primarily want sex. People consider it unacceptable to mislead or lie to women to get sex. People also consider it unacceptable to treat the women you "just want to have sex" with as subhuman just because you don't want a relationship with them.

The fact that men want sex is a notion that is drilled into us since forever. No one would give a fuck if men were honest, because we all know that's what a lot of them want anyway. But that would prevent them from having sex with a lot of the women they truly want.

People also take issue with men acting like not having sex will literally kill them and destroy society as we know it.

As an aside, if it truly were unacceptable for men to primarily look for sex then hook-up culture would not exist.

Women say they are strong, and women bosses. But then complain they don't have support.

As the head if the house, it is YOUR responsibility that the decision you make will maximizes everyone’s happiness and meeting everyone’s needs. Even if it means at the expense of your own. Too many “heads of the households” don’t understand this. FYI.

I think your examples are weird. The women examples don't hurt anyone, she's deciding which role to play but the male examples you gave are pretty negative like

Sure I or anyone else can use a particular type of argument in one instance and dismiss it ior be wary of it in another instance. Sometimes the particular application of an argument is faulty.

Do kangaroos have great big back legs and stubby little frobt legs due to evolution? Well yeah I'd be willing to argue that unreservedly. Is that incel over there sitting in the corner at the party sulking because of evolution? Idk... that's less fucking obvious isn't it? Could be all sorts of things...or a combination. Maybe he's not that way because he's the peak of thirty thousand generations of human breeding...maybe he's that way in spite of thirty thousand years of human breeding and this generation is the one in which fate shits out his genes and flushes them away. Or maybe his homelife as a kid just didn't include much social enrichment.

I can use traditionalism.or biology whenever I think it is a good argument based in reality and dismiss it when I think it is a stupid incorrect argument, incorrectly applied, clearly wrong and full of fallacy. I can and I will. So do lots of other people including people who do and people who don't generally agree with me.

Arguments...political points of view...systems of thinking...all these things are not religions. You don't get thrown out and never have access to for example biology as a system for understanding the world just because you decide that biology is not the primary or only way people need to understand something like (thinks about it) hmmmm...the fashion men have had at times for sagging pants or (thinks about it again) the way bright blue eyeshadow is kind of acceptable one year but not the next.
