So they found a significant effect on 3 out of 4 indices of facial masculinity. Apparently prominent cheekbones aren't masculine (news to me).

Well, this study would support your conclusion that masculinity was the biggest selling point in dating if masculinity was limited to the face, women only chose partners in their few-days-long ovulation window and women only cared about finding a partner's face attractive that day when choosing. Which are just wrong. Without an effect size that can be compared to other effects you can't claim something is a bigger effect than others either.

Feminine men are weak, so a infertile woman won't have to worry about the child's livelihood because there is no child to begin with.

All I have to say is be firm, leave conversational gaps, close the conversation first and be non reactive for a few days and see how the girls talk to you, and you don't have to grasp for energy and topics to keep the convo going.

I pretty much only like masculine men. I guess I am 24/7 fertile lol. Feminine-looking men do nothing for me.

Masculine doesn't mean "asshole", it just means masculine looking and more confident and comfortable with having some leadership traits. I still prefer someone genuinely kind and respectful. That isn't a "feminine" trait, that's just a "good human being" trait.
