What is the best way to make friends in a state dominated by the bar scene (New Jersey)? I am on edge in attempt to go to bars by myself, reason being that I am aware of how socially competitive the environment is here anyways. I am interested in getting a long term girlfriend and being married.

I'm at the point where I can do 10 reps of chest presses using 2 50lb dumbells. Unfortunately my apt gym don't have any bigger ones than that so I guess I gotta just keep increasing sets.

Appearance :Going to the gym is quite fun. A bit weird since some people of both genders, shocking I know, just stare at others, not just me in the gym. Skin is still awful with acne, not much I can do about it since nothing seems to work.

Studies are going well too, finally cracked Kants theory.

Therapy started again with some promising new ideas.

I think if you’re unmotivated just do an easy workout. I didn’t feel like running today, so I just told myself I’d only do a 3k. Ended up doing a pretty hard 3k. This is much preferable to not working out at all.

Pumped out 330 max on squat today at the end of my routine. Sure I could've got more with fresher legs. Not bad for weighing 199. We'll keep eating well & getting stronger. Been on a routine of really looking after my body/mind lately. There's a lot more I want to accomplish, but one day at a time.

Want to remain 15% and get to like 70kg by next year.

Need to add a day or two at the gym (Currently@3), and fix my fucked sleep schedule.

Also trying to get to 188cm, but it'll be hard cuz I'm 34y/o.

I'm learning how to play the piano, I try new stuff when cooking/baking, I got myself a pull up bar and a set of dumbbells and I try to do some work out 3x times a week. I'm also taking some protein powder and I'm on the right path to lose some fat and gain a bit of strength/improve my condition. I also went to a dermatologist to start working on my skin problems.

For the past 6 months, I've been running 5kms, 3 days a week, I do weight training 3 days a week, and have switched to keto-diet. Although I've gotten stronger, my body still looks chubby. I still have a lady's ass and my skin still jiggles when I jump. How long will it take till I start look like a Hollywood actor?

And btw, no one told me that I'd get so much more horny when I get active. Is this normal?
