Just like in the movie 40-year old virgin, Andy is constantly made fun of, belittled and treated like some weirdo. Yes, he finds someone in the end after he renounces his hobbies, what he likes and a part of who he is as a person. He was not a bad guy, not a creep and he minded his own business, yet when his coworkers found out he was a virgin, he was treated like a potential murderer. Never was a film made about a 40 year old woman who partied all of her 20s and 30s and at 40 it was too late. This feels weird since it seems to propagate that if you are a nerdy and awkward guy, there is something inherently wrong with you.
