Got a text this evening from my ex letting me know she met someone. Separated May 1st. Divorce was finalized mid July. They started talking at the end of August. She won’t give me any information on who he is. He lives in another state but is “going to move here if he needs to”. During the divorce we agreed to be fully transparent if we met someone, which she did let me know, but we have a 1 year old and a 6 year old. She plans on introducing our 6 year old “slowly over FaceTime when the time comes”. Does this have cheating written all over it? Am I crazy? “I know it sounds fast and the timing is odd, but nothing happened during the marriage or even the divorce” is what she told me. Sorry my head is spinning right now processing all of this. Lives out of state and is willing to move to another state for her after 2 months “if he needs to and the time comes” with my 1 and 6 year old who he’s never met? I know I’m looking too far into the future but having someone else around my children is not an easy thing to stomach, at all.
