This was a really great video, what's unrealistic isn't the "no woman wants that" that other people have commented; it's the fact that he's ran into her so much that I find unbelievable. Doesn't take away from the theme one bit though.

What I took away, and what's realistic here, is that inner pain you feel. Whether when you want to talk to someone or even when you do talk to them, you still feel that "I'm a creep" thought lingering in your mind. It's incredibly difficult to get through and it really does hurt experiencing it, that's one point of this video.

Another point is the ending: you can get through it. If you feel ugly, if you think you're awkward, if you think you don't belong, every single person who has upvoted this, upvoted the video, well shit, most people who will never see this video, feels it, too. That is why confidence is attractive, because it means you worked on yourself. You put in the effort others don't.

For those who do read this, and are cynical or wanting to improve: you don't need anything fancy. You don't need "tactics." Just find ways to consistently lower your anxiety, lower your pain, lower your tiredness. Soon enough, you'll be looking for ways to keep your confidence growing, you'll want to be more active and healthy in all you do. This isn't easy, of course.

This is coming from someone who had depression in elementary, attempted suicide in middle school, and for most of my life, felt lonely. It gets so much better. This video won't help, videos like this won't help, action will. That is why there are so many courses and so many guides/articles, so much advice. Weed through them, find what resonates with you, and just try them. Act on it. Give it time.

Lol this is so unrealistic. This might just be because I'm a New Yorker but seeing a woman just sitting by herself staring at the floor smiling, almost never happens. Especially in the case of hot girls, them acknowledging any person, but even less likely a guy sitting near them is also pretty much never going to happen. Then the staring at him waiting to respond... just no.

Most women I see are extremely cold to random strangers. It changes if you go talk to them, but no girl is sitting there just dying for random shy guy to acknowledge them.

I agree with the concept of conquering fear. But in a situation where a girl is that receptive (e.g. stops her jog to say hi) it's pretty obvious it's on. The problem here is that is not realistic, that probably only happens to a top 1% man. Girls are never that receptive or show such obvious IOIs
