If there was a sub that was about specifically getting respect in a predominantly male workplace as a woman, it would make very little sense for the sub to be ran mostly by men right? Men can sympathize sure, but they can't relate. The issue doesn't really resonate with them. Sure some men have issues getting respect in the workplace, but this issue is one that overwhelmingly is more common with women.

I think the logic there is pretty sound so I have to wonder, why do people not see it that way here? This is a predominately male issue. Don't believe me? Ask why there aren't a large amount of women asking for advice? Look at how there's a larger amount of sexless single men than there are sexless single women. Men are more likely to be red pilled or incels.

So it's strange to me when you have a issues to men that affects men and the only people you have speaking on it are women, who have never experienced what these men do and think they are experts on it. The clear result of this is advice that centers women and doesn't tackle the actual issue. It can't because a ton of the women here just can't understand.

Just like I can't understand what it's like to experience a woman's issue from a woman's perspective, the women here can't do the inverse. It also really doesn't help when any perspective by a man who doesn't engage in the group think done by the women here is downvoted and/or banned. Male experiences are constantly invalidated and men who express that things are hard for men are told that "well have you ever considered what women go through". It's invalidating and if men did this on any woman focused sub they would (rightfully) be seen as a bitter misogynist

This sub, and r/IncelExit suffer greatly from this and it really doesn't help anyone to exit.
