Would you rather date someone with low standards or high standards?

When dating someone or being in a relationship with them, would you prefer that person have high standards or low standards?

I kind of just freehanded this list and it may have minor inconsistencies, but this is a tangible list if you feel empty-headed about reading the prior sentence.

Low Standards

• Pros
  • Likely more accepting
  • More laidback
  • Less expectations / Usually easier to satisfy
  • Less pressure to perform or stay on top of things
• Cons
  • More likely to cheat
  • More likely to be complacent
  • More likely to be bored
  • More likely to be insecure

High Standards

• Pros
  • Less likely to cheat (although more likely to divorce you instead)
  • Might be high quality themselves (more versatile in their offering)
  • More likely to have things going for themselves or that you can learn from
  • Might appreciate you more if you meet beyond their standards
• Cons
  • More likely to be critical or divorce you outright
  • They may stress you out (high maintenance)
  • They may have unrealistic expectations to begin with
  • May be more picky or particular about the way you do things

This may be a dumb question (like most on this sub), but I am sure that it may spark an interesting discussion regardless.
