So a while ago I heard from a dating coach that if possible you should always aim to have sex on the first date cause It has various advantages such as that the woman will stick with you after the first time you have sex and will want to see you again or that the woman (if she has never slept with anyone on the first date before) will think you are special.

I've noticed that this puts a lot of pressure on myself if I don't fuck the girl on the first date because I think to myself, "Ah fuck, then maybe she won't see me as a special guy or maybe she's had better guys who managed to get laid with her quicker." I think this mindset will only make me look weird on dates and my results will definitely be worse.

Also I noticed that some girls don't really feel ready or even want to have sex on the first date.

Is it really that significant whether you sleep with a woman on the first, second or fifth date? When I heard that from this dating coach, it sounded to me like it was important, but that just makes me overthink too much. And I can't currently screw most women on the first date because I'm a young guy who still lives with his rather conservative parents.
