I’ve been lucky enough to have lots of these experiences and I would consider myself lucky to have it. I also took a lot of action though and went to the bar 4x a week for like 10 years. Imma be real, delete all your social media for a week, pick up a book and go outside, leave your headphones at home. You might feel hopeless and lonely, and that’s honestly pretty normal nowadays. But you don’t solve the problem by doing nothing, you solve it by filling your time with interesting things.

The Internet makes us believe thay everyone's having sex all the time. It's frankly just not true.

A small number of people are having lots of sex. A vast majority of people are not.

My advice to you would be to buy some courses from a legit sex coach, that's what I've done because I'm not the "biggest" guy and that caused me a lot of insecurity and made me think women wouldn't want to have sex with me, you see I think sexual confidence is at the core of insecurity with women, why do guys fear approaching it's not because they'll have their opener rejected I think, it's because they believe they suck in bed for one reason or another and they're afraid the girl will actually be receptive and eventually be in a position to discover how bad in bed the guy really is.
