If engaging with them did not lead to harm in any sort of manner, they were accepted socially and have shown to be quite human-like in terms of behaviour/interests/character/values, I would not mind trying out a succubus or devil-looking one. Something elf or angel like could also work. As soon as it stops being humanoid enough in terms of facial structure and build, I would nope out.

I expect that an alien would be pretty alien, and most of the things that attract humans to each other aren't going to be there. Then again, I am myself a weirdo. If we became friends and there was mutual interest, I'd probably be willing to try. (This also assumes that we have somewhat compatible ideas about pair bonding and relationships, etc, which again, it's fairly likely we wouldn't for actual aliens, but is commonly presented otherwise with space opera aliens.)

I see a lot of people talking about diseases, and seriously, you're more likely to get a disease that could infect a human from literally anything alive on earth. Now, allergies, allergies could be an issue - on either side!
