Wanting to learn more about this concept of a patriarchy. Thee original question I'm asking is, can a patriarchy be proven to exist, however since thee answer here would likely just be then 'no', I thought I'd alter it to induce conversation. Tried asking on other ask men's subs but it was censored. Asked on askwomannoceensor, and waow, veery little intelligence to be seen and I'm not just saying that because it was a shitshow reply in the post.

Individuals that think because you don't believe what they believe about the state of a group automatically justifies the need for believing the state of that group, isn't intelligent.

Someone said because employers aren't giving more maternity leave the patriarchy exists. I replied that could be down to capitalist greed. Someone said because abortions. I'm not sure if that proves a system naturally prioritizes males or centrals around males.

And then some other person started talking about how woman were thee victims of witch hunts 400 years ago or some shit. And that to the standard of that post could actually be considered on topic when enquiring about the west today waiving through so much personal attacks and strawman.

So asking this question here because I fancy having a chat, but be careful, I might put up a little resistance to your argument to test its foundation.
