Note: When I say Alpha, Sigma, or Omega males, I’m talking about behavioral traits that have existed long before Andrew Tate or internet popularity. These are not scientific categories — they just describe patterns of masculinity and certain behavioral tendencies. The Greek letters are just a way to indicate these patterns. Some people see anyone using Greek letters as a red flag, or think they’re misogynistic or extreme , ignore that. This is about describing traits, not promoting anyone or anything online.

I think most people don’t realize this, but wanting a relationship, dating, or any romantic or sexual involvement is inherently needy. By definition, you are seeking someone else to fulfill a part of you. You are looking for external validation, attention, and fulfillment. That’s not independence. That’s not self-reliance.

A true Sigma male doesn’t want or need that. He doesn’t need someone else to make him feel complete, to satisfy his desires, or to give him a sense of worth. He builds himself completely from the inside. He can cook, clean, earn, take care of himself, and handle every part of life on his own. He doesn’t need someone else’s presence to feel whole.

Relationships, dating, and romantic encounters are fundamentally anti-self-reliance. Even if you think you’re independent while in one, the very act of wanting someone else for emotional, romantic, or sexual satisfaction is proof that you’re relying on someone else. That dependence, no matter how subtle, is exactly what the Sigma male mindset rejects.

Being a Sigma male isn’t about bitterness, or being avoiding social life. It’s about complete internal fulfillment. It’s about radical self-sufficiency. It’s about being strong enough that you don’t need anyone else for happiness, identity, or validation.

Most people won’t like this opinion because it exposes a truth they don’t want to admit: almost every relationship, by nature, creates dependency. Real strength is being enough for yourself, alone, in every way.
