If you bitch on the internet you're not a real man. If you complain about women you're not a real man. Whining that world isn't how you would want it to be is not very masculine. Luckily, thats not what RP tells you to do.

RP says "accept the world as it is, here is how it is, here is how to achieve your objectives within that externally set framework. Stop whining and get on with it".

And that's what we do. The real RPM. The masculine ones.

There are a lot who decline to do that and then whine like little bitches about it. Even some that go off and do it, and whine like little bitches whilst they do so.

But that's their problem, not RPs. They're whiny little bitches, and we allow them to be so on our subs because TRP decided that men needed a place to whine.... and to have other men tell the whiners to shut up and pull their finger out.

Underneath every one of those OPs you'll find real masculine RPMs taking on the whiners and telling them "Stop being a whiny bitch and get on with your life... this is how to do it...".

You can't stop whiny bitches from being whiny bitches.

But we prefer to show them a way out, and call them whiny bitches to their face, rather than ban them on sight.

Every whiny male bitch is a someone who COULD be a man.

Rather than ban them and let them continue to be whiny bitches... we'd rather show them how to be a man.

Sometimes this is a long slog. But ultimately we think it's worth it.

There should be no debate that this is "masculine", it is men doing it, it is associated with men, therefore it is masculine. Masculinity is not always "good" or positive. "Traditional" masculinity, which you will find very little of on r/TheRedPill or The Manosphere. "Traditional" masculinity is also very narrow and difficult to achieve for the majority of males. So it is masculine, but not "traditionally" masculine, which is what a lot of males think is the ideal.

This is a poor argument because you and many posters here have narrowly defined masculinity as someone who never complains, just shuts up and takes it. You are doing what society in general does when men do feel something is wrong: tell them to keep quiet about their problems.

Even if they advise each other to be stoic, what you are doing is ignoring the fact that men today have almost no space to talk about the issues they have with women. It is a tiny corner of thr internet that few people are aware even exists. That is what men have at their disposal when they want to talk about issues free from mainstream society and feminist judgment. And yet even then that must be eliminated.

The irony is that women, feminists and bluepill leaning folks say men are supposed to open up and talk about their issues (such as seeking help, for example) but if they do it in a way that is not convenient to society, such as highlighting problems women cause, they get told to shut up very quickly. So tell me, how are men supposed to talk about this when there are few if amy resources available to them in the real world? What if they don't like the feminist approach and feel that society genuinely gives no fucks about their concerns?

We have made no place for those men and now we are annoyed they have done what humans usually do when they struggle: they band together. Complaining on the internet anonymously may not be masculine, but we have slowly removed male spaces and told men their masculinity is a problem. They are guilty of saying and thinking in a way that makes women and society uncomfortable despite having similar concerns.

In an ideal world people would never need to complain but people always will. Whether you find the complaining to be less than masculine enough for you or whether it is the anonymity of the internet, keep in mind how well these views would be tolerated in society. Every concern they bring up is going to be considered a complaint from bitter, angry men because we never listen to those guys. So how could they talk about their issues without actually talking about them?

OP, how would your argument work if you told women on a feminist sub that shitting all over men on the internet is not really feminist? Or telling RP women that women gathering together and talking is expressing toxic femininity, so they need to stop before they start gossiping?

How in the hell are men going to talk about their issues without being seen as less masculine for doing so? Should they just shut up and go away because their feelings don't matter?

As far as I understand, and correct me if I'm wrong, what ur describing sounds a lot like what TRP refers to as the "anger phase." This phase is necessary to pass through to fully unplug and embrace the actual masculine RP tenets. TRP gives these new members a place to vent so they don't have to irl and so they can move on from that state of mind. RP can't turn someone who spent a lifetime being not masculine into masculine overnight.

Of course they could ban new members from being able to participate until a certain time has passed but what will happen is those members will go somewhere else to rant. TRP would rather those new members rant somewhere they will get replies telling them to go read the sidebar and to move on from this mindset rather than an echo chamber.

Lastly, if u wanna see the harshest comments, go to the mrp sub. Married men being criticized over and over, and that's previcesly what they're there for because they're out of time. They can't go through the anger phase, they're trying to save their marriage. They don't receive the same leniency as a single guy in his 20s.

This is at least what I have seen thus far as an outsider.

I would say it isn't, but at the same time, I'd say your description of what /r/TheRedPill is and does is (deliberately) uncharitable. I'm not expressly Red, either, but even I can see that they AREN'T "bitching about women" 24/7. Some might be, and that's unhealthy and not masculine at all - but shit, I went to work and then to the gym yesterday. I barely touched reddit. I'm probably not the only one, so your /r/TheRedPill strawman is bad.

As for the rest? I actually DON'T think it's unmasculine to vent. I don't think it's unmasculine to commiserate with people who understand you. I don't think it's unmasculine to analyze strategies and devise new ones. I also don't think it's unmasculine to protect one's identity while doing so. It's unmasculine NOT to.

I don't know where you got the idea that traditional masculinity requires that men never complain about women. manly AF men complain about their wives and girlfriends all the time in certain company. I had an honest hear-to-heart with a plumber about his crazy-ass girlfriend just a few weeks ago when he working at my place. Talking about girlfriends and wives is a cathartic part of my male friendships, and a lot of it is complaining and whining to one another.
