I make no qualms with the claim that Milo hates transgender people, its abundantly clear from his rightings; however, that doesn't mean that what he is writing is "hate speech." Hate speech is stuff like saying that transgender people need to be killed or something, saying that you think transgender people are nuts, isn't.
