My wife told me in the middle of the night a few days before Christmas that she "loved me but wasn't in love with me" and she needed think about whether or not sh wanted to try and fix out marriage. She held me hanging for about a week before telling me she didn't want to try. During this time I asked her several times if there was anyone else involved. She insisted there was not. She left her phone unlocked on what's app and I found messages to another man who she works with. She told me they had been messaging dirty messages for around 7 weeks and she "feelings for him" it turns out she has been talking to the man (who also has a wife and children) all the time she was supposedly thinking about whether or not to try and save our marriage. She told the man I had found the messages and he promptly went back to his wife, supposedly telling her everything. By then the damage was done. My wife treated my appallingly since then. I told her I would do what she needed to try and fix out marriage. She wasn't interested

For a couple weeks after, she pretended she was still talking to the man. I'm not sure why. She admitted he had told her a load of excuses as to why he couldn't leave his wife and they were no longer in communication only after I said I thought I should make sure his wife knows everything

I heard her talking to her friend (who Im sure has been instrumental in encouraging my wife to pursue an affair) about this man whilst I was still stuck in our marital home which upset me. She then video called this friend and pointed the camera at me while smirking.

We have been together for 20 years. I met her when I was 21. I'm 40 and she is 41. All of this is very out of character for her. This seemed to develop when she got a big promotion and begin her new friendship with this new female friend.

I discovered a few days ago she is on tinder. She knows how much I'm hurting about all this, but continues to do whatever she can to cause me emotional pain whilst I'm still stuck in our house. The jealousy is overwhelming. How can I deal with this?

I'm finally moving to a new place in a week or so. How do I deal with loneliness of being on my own for the first time in my life? I'm worried about how I'm going to manage to settle my 8 year old daughter into my new home on the days I have her. The closer I get to moving out of my marital family home the worse I feel. All I ever wanted was my family and she taken than away

Now (I'm the UK) she wants to add a clause to our separation agreement that would stop me telling anyone about her affair. She's petrified this will get out at her work. Can she do this? All I want from her is to sell our family home without any fuss. I can't stand the thought of another man being in my marital home / bed. That is all I have asked of her

I'm struggling. Any words of encouragement or advice would be great
