I hate that we’re taught to automatically blame ourselves - are we “overthinking,” are we being “insecure” or “jealous.” It’s a shit way to live and it breaks my heart when I see it.

Best case scenario: he’s not cheating, but doesn’t give one shit that his partner is uncomfortable with that whole weird situation. That right there is reason enough to tell him to fuck right the fuck off.

Never trust a man who has social media and says he doesn’t use it. My ex-FWB refused to add me on social media for several years. It was only when he added friends of mine who he had met when he came to visit me that he did because it became apparent that “I don’t use it very much” was a lie.

This was a friend of mine’s situation. 5 years of him having a job that kept him away for weeks at a time. She thought they lived together, had a dog together even took her to meet his family in Europe ( we live in US). While he was in the shower, his phone rang. My friend researched the number. It was his WIFE!! He was married with 2 kids, youngest was 2 months old. He had a double life!! All in the same metropolitan city. When your SO won’t let you tag him or add you to social media it’s because you are the side chick. She wasted 5 whole years on this guy who talked of children and marriage while being married to someone else!
