Women donate to men all the time, either willingly to their boyfriends and husbands or through coercion and violence inside families in certain countries.

Men aren't dumb enough to return the favour. Not even a little. Their bodies are absolutely, indisputably theirs, they're not a resource to share with people who don't matter, or with people who matter. Those others can be strangers, the love of their life, their own children, it's irrelevant, men's personhood is sacred. Unlike women, men are very well aware that their body is their personhood, and that letting others use it, or parts of it, is a crime against human nature itself.

They won't even tolerate an argument that implies otherwise, they won't even pause to think of the possibility, because it doesn't exist in their minds.
