body hair and cellulite are literally secondary sex characteristics meant to protect your body. blemishes and stretch marks are often caused by going through hormonal changes such as puberty and pregnancy.

Guys will fuck anything. When I’m insecure about something of course I know there’s a man out there who won’t care, but I hold myself to a higher standard then “well he doesn’t care so it shouldn’t bother me”. I don’t feel comfortable letting a man “approve” of things on my body.

If anything I mostly feel like saying “oh I’ve noticed, I’ve seen the last girl you hooked up with- pretty obvious not much bothers you” if anything.

Actually men do care about blemishes. They just don't care about blemishes if they are hooking up with you or are a FWB.

But if you want a relationship, acne will impede that.

I have struggled with PCOS related cystic acne for over ten years. Men have said to my face they'd never date me seriously because of how I look, but they'd happily fuck me.

Men want trophies they can show off to their families and friends. Very few will ever take the chance in someone they actually like -- they want to impress people. Men date and marry to signal and show off status, not for their legit desires.
