One year, hell six months from now, not to say five or 10 years down the road, what do you bet any/all of the following happen?

HER: leveled up, financially comfortable or busting butt to get there, made strides in her career, back to favorite hobbies, loves having the remote control all to herself, lost weight, back to working out, much lighter workload at home.

HIM: beer gut, mouth breather all the time from untreated allergies or deviated septum or who knows, same position at work, lives in a bachelor pad that's filthy and/or has a mattress on the floor, dates 20something women, is "scared" of commitment, has an increasing beer, OnlyFans, porn habit, and goes on a lot of first dates.

This is a very, very common story. What I'd like to hear about instead is man looks within, sees where he went wrong, offers apology to his ex (and realizes she's not obligated to forgive, but he wanted to make the effort), works on his issues that he's been neglecting from childhood, starts really listening to women, asking questions, having long conversations with women he knows, thinks about his own behavior, begins to dismantle and look down on toxic masculinity, and just BECOMES A BETTER HUMAN. Dammit, why is any of that sooooo hard?

I've dealt with this but I wasn't even married. I cant imagine how it must feel to realize the person you married would do this to you. I sympathize with her even if some people are saying she shouldn't have done this
