Over the last few days, there have been some big changes in my personal life. In short, I was called to get far more involved in my local job. I also had some password issues at Reddit that just couldn't get resolved quickly. I know the admins are busy and I don't fault them, but the opportunities to reset a password were limited for whatever reason.

I took the coincidence of these two things as a chance to step away from reddit. I'm getting into some financial interests and other opportunities, so I guess this is my resignation letter as such. Some of you have known that I work with an aging man irl. Frankly, the anger that I'm getting (and, to be honest, giving) around here is becoming less and less compatible with my ability to help him gently and lovingly.

Ig and I have communicated via E-mal, so at least he knows that this is really from me. I leave the reddit in his able hands, and I wish him (and all of you well). Especially Aerik, and the trolls who wanted to 'remind' and 'warn people' that I was 'crazy.' Maybe we'll meet in Heaven. I hope so.

My email address remains [email protected]. I may keep going with the blog about feminist parents, when inspiration hits me. If there are messages sent there, I'll try to answer them. Otherwise, I don't intend to return to Reddit before I get some other, higher priority challenges met.
