Ultimately everyone wants the best for themselves so I’m not sure why you’re acting like it would be any different for men and women. Hypergamy is about choosing the best person for you as an individual which is how different men get chosen, stop with the black and white view of things.

I'm always so annoyed by the way men project their flat beliefs on beauty and desire onto us. Women don't work that way. We don't believe in the whole alpha/chad shit you've internalized. Hypergamy isn't how the real world works, women tend to earn less than men which is why so many end up marrying men who make more than them. Most men don't make significantly more than their wives, so I don't why this is such a thing with men. Also, the guidelines men have for attractiveness and the ones women have are nothing alike. Women have such a wider range of what we deem acceptable in terms of looks whereas if you ran this scenario with men they'd all choose the same three women.

Also, women like sex, that's why some of us fantasize about group sex. Real sex isn't porn, so whatever you're imagining when you say "gangbang" is basically a physical assault, not a sexual experience. The point is the same reason anyone has sexual fantasies, because they like them. Not every sex act is a psychosexual calling card.

I can’t stress this enough…human sexuality is far more complex than people think. I have kinks that I would be traumatized by in real life….probably rooted from trauma. This is fairly common. Not everyone wants to act out their fantasies or kinks, and even if they did it would be with someone they built trust with. Kinks like that require a high level of trust.

From an evolutionary perspective, genetic diversity and not wanting to put all your eggs (literally) in one basket. A wide variety of men means that you have more help, more protection and more providers. Also, the feeling of being desirable and the sole focus of multiple men who are invested in your pleasure is nice. I read a lot of reverse harem novels and those are the tropes that pop up most, it’s no wonder why the genre is so popular among women. It’s always been a kinda secret fantasy of mine to have a harem of brother husbands, but like I said it’s just a silly little daydream.
