The common retort to TRP is that also it works, the "emotional abuse" it recommends doesn't lead to "healthy" and "fulfilling" relationships.

For example, I've been reading this thread and I encountered this comment:

The world is kinder to misogynistic, bitter assholes with pseudo confidence than it is to insecure shy guys who put women on pedestals.

But both those types have a harder time than, you know.. well adjusted people.

No one on trp says "I use to be great with women and had several healthy relationships that ended on good terms.. I thought I had it all but trp improved my life so much more!".

They all say "I use to be a virgin "nice guy" who treated women like princesses only to be constantly put in the friend zone. But since swallowing trp (faking confidence and being more direct) I occasionally find women who want to sleep with me!".

Which makes me wonder: what characterizes those "healthy" relationships and how do they differ from those relationships described by TRP?
