Just walk up and say hello. Ask them questions about campus/the school you go to. Maybe see if they have recommendations on places to go, things to see. And all the while, just be open and give signs you are interested (eye contact, smile, light arm touch).

After literally 5-10 minutes (this can probably be done even quicker) ask them to go for coffee. Tell them they’re cute and you’d like to chat more.

This will be a pretty simple operatIon lol. Id be so so so happy if a woman did this to me just once. But Im not really well practiced like most on this sub so itd be more rare for me to get a date at all. For guys like me, its a guaranteed yes. For guys who get lots of dates, its still very very likely a yes. Unfortunately it does depend a lot on looks so results may vary. But I think the odds are heavily in your favor generally speaking.

It is true that approaching men are easier than women. But doesn't mean that you don't need to consider the consequences Women approaching men is not common so when you approach them, very likely they gonna be confused cuz they don't clearly know what you want. They can't just fall for you and let you have the game cuz it'll hurt many mens self-esteem

My general advices are: Don't be too aggressive, give him some times when you feel he need to progress what's happening cuz men are slower in sentiments Start off with genuine compliments and positive energy will be a great idea to hold on. If needed, stay back and give him spotlights, give him the control he needed to feel proud as a man Or just simply by giving clearer hints that you're hitting on him

That's just some advice l can give you as a male, really appreciate and understandable even if you don't follow them. Cuz I'm just some dude on reddit Get out there, make some moves, fail and analyzing mistakes and try again will be more effective rather than reading some internet opinions

So just don't blindly do as whatever they told you, figure the game out by yourself will be more reliable and fit your style more

Don't behave like a stranger, but rather like a close friend. Keep close proximity and make sure that you both enjoy your conversation. You just need to give the guy some subtle but clear signals that you seek some more intimate connection, invite him somewhere, keep direct eye contact, dress nicely and show some skin, touch him a bit, smile etc.

"i" picked up a girl at a coffee shop once. I commented on her clothes (jersey from a small local team I'm in the community of). She was sweet, enthusiastic, intelligent and hinted at "needing someone to throw with cause she's new".

I got her number and set up a date. I felt so great afterwards my day game was able to pick her up until I got in my car and realized she definitely picked me up in the most smooth womanly way.

Find some common ground between guys you may be interested in. If you want to hang out hint at things you'd both enjoy or just ask them to do it. I'm sure you are much better at it than I can explain.

All you literally have to say is “Hi”

Most men, like me, I’d say 90% of them are not used to women approaching them out the blue.

Unless it’s something like a job where you have to communicate, women do not approach so most dudes who aren’t confident aren’t used to it. I always look behind me to make sure I’m the one they are talking to if that happens to me.

Unless you are hideous, just expect men to like you. If they are nervous, they aren’t used to it and are probably in disbelief.

If they are normal, they are either playing it cool and/or just being friendly.

If they are flirty and confident off the bat, that means they are under the impression that you are attracted to them.

Regardless, it’s your preference on what kind of behavior you are attracted to

Please do not follow any of this terrible advice, just make casual conversation with them and try to find some common things to talk about like you would with a woman you’re trying to befriend then ask their social media.

Asking out a completely stranger right after saying hi is literally insane and will make you look strange and desperate .

Everyone already answered correctly. Men are super easy. The only thing to avoid is being TOO subtle. Some stupid men (like me) are terrible at picking up subtle hints. If you think he’s hot, don’t beat around the bush - literally just tell him “I think you’re hot”

Simply go to a bar or club and be receptive, and look physically attractive. That’s pickup for women. Women can certainly chase, and also close. But leading and opening is kind of the man’s role in the setup.

Maybe you can flip the script somehow, but seeing as how man’s and woman’s survival/sexual strategy is dichotomous, there’s a natural flow that makes it difficult to go in alternative directions.

Now if you want to seek out the men who you see as very socially awkward but clearly have a diamond core underneath, and it would take a woman to bring it out, maybe open them. But those guys are often not very attractive at first, and once you bring them out of their shell they will probably not want to be in a lasting serious relationship with their very first girlfriend (potentially you), so I’d treat it as a short term thing that definitely won’t pan out, but could make for a very powerful post-romantic platonic friendship. You'd really be giving your power away though so you’d have to seriously screen these guys and qualify them very comprehensively so they know you mean business and also so you know they’re up to your standards.

That’s the blueprint; otherwise, some guys will simply either not pick up on the signs that you’re interested, or will be too awkward/timid to ask YOU to coffee.

You gotta make it blatantly obvious. And you have to keep in mind that a lot of iGen men have been conditioned to think that approaching a woman and asking for her number is tantamount to sexual harassment.

Ask them for a small favor ,could be asking where something is located,coming up with a question about the lecture you take together,holding something for you etc Then thank him for it ,he’ll feel good about himself and attach that feeling to you,then continue the conversation casually about asking about his name and his major etc etc.

22 year old “Men” in college don’t tend to have a lot of life experience or maturity/emotional intelligence. Sex is usually the goal. So, I think it depends on what you are looking for when approaching guys on campus. If you are interested in the same thing, I would be straight forward and maybe see if they have Snapchat then maybe meet at a party or for coffee if you’d prefer conversation.
