You children also need to get the fuck off Tik Tok and take everything you see online with a grain of salt since a lot of it is faked or just done purely to get likes. It’s not a true representation of the actual world we live in. I mean I guess it’s possible that this women “happened” to be filming herself at the exact same time that some weird dude talked to her and somehow caught it all on tape. But let’s not be so sure.

A lot of folks already said what I'm thinking. There's a time and place for approaching and this wasn't it. There's approaching and then there's catcalling. The guy in the video was doing the latter.

Well... if you approach women in the night, it is creepy. I just walked behind two girls at night and they literally said they thought I was stalking them - see the VIDEO (this was in Ukraine last year, I'm 45 and they were too young. that's why the video is so short)

Cold approach works pretty fine, but not in the way that everyone from reddit says to go direct and do the things quickly, actually I do this in an indirect way and build from there. In very rare cases I use direct openers but mostly indirect openers. This is the method I use to date women in their 20s even though I'm twice their age. So yes, it works, but if she says NO, take the NO and leave, don't insist because it is in vain and now it looks like they're showing you on TikTok.

So this video isn't a true reflection of what cold approaching is actually like.

Firstly, this girl seems like a bit of a bitch, no wonder she's on tiktok. But the vast majority if not all women will not tell you to fuck off. Like, honestly I think maybe 1 in every 1000 approaches you'll be told to fuck off. It's actually very rare.

And she said right away. "Don't fucking talk to me right now". And this dude proceeds to talk to her lmao. If you cold approach a girl and she says 'don't talk to me' like in the video. And you continue talking to her. What do you expect?

Also, women who are very direct about not being interested are the frikn best. It means I can move on to the next girl and don't have to have this awkward forced small talk for 5 minutes.

But... being told to fuck off is extremely unpleasant/mean thing to do. Fortunetly nearly all women will just say they have a boyfriend, or something along those lines.

Cold approachings works even better than it did in 2005, it works well for me and plenty of other people on this sub. Because most men these days are trained to meet women through the apps, or they don' meet women at all. Getting all their sexual gratification through porn and social media.

Also, there's a real hump you have to get over before cold approaching really starts to click and begins feeling natural. Until you're over that hump, it's going to feel difficult and weird. Which is completely normal.

What you need to do now is make it a semi-warm approach, if you will - as in you don't know the girl, but it's immediately apparent you have something in common (go to the same college, frequent the same place - such as the gym).
I've got dates from approaching at the gym, the point is you're going to fail 90% of the time, and when you do you need to walk away, not badger the girl in the hope she'll change her mind. As a side note, people are watching even if you're not aware of it or see the interaction on Tik Tok, walking away gracefully after a rejection won't make you seem creepy to other girls watching, and they might give you a chance later on.

I go to a bar that does a ladies night line dance lesson, sure easy to just ask random girls to dance when they teach partner dances(usually two-step followed by a more advanced couples dance).

I wouldn’t even call it a cold approach, it’s just deadass “hey you wanna dance?” and repeat until a girl says yes.

I think there's never been a better time to master cold approaches with so many fewer men actually doing them. Women appreciate a good approach. Remember this - she WANTS you to be the one. There is no better time to cold approach than in 2024. I’ve managed to have some great experiences through cold approaching and recently even got an active FWB I met at the mall of all places lol.

What you need to realize is nearly all guys are hiding behind a screen swiping on apps nowadays and DMing girls on instagram. Now there’s nothing wrong with using apps. I still meet girls through them but I don’t ever need to rely on them since I try meet mainly through social avenues and cold approaching. In my opinion apps should be used in the background supplicating your dating life. By cold approaching you stand out from pretty much 99%.

With that said calibration and self awareness is very important. In this case, this guy seemed to be approaching a girl late at night from behind which is a big no no. Her reaction was very harsh and bitchy no doubt but literally any other time of the day would’ve been better. Also try to always approach from the front and respectfully, if I get a sense that a girl is being cold or uncomfortable I usually cut things off pretty quick and tell her to have a good day, especially if her response was not welcoming at all like this girl’s.
