The truth is, women are very forgiving when it comes to a man's appearance. But she's brutally unforgiving when it comes to a man's behavior.

Doesn't matter if the guy is short, bald, weak jawline, etc. If he feels he's the shit and has great social skills, he's gonna score more girls than the tall guy with full hair and strong jawline but with only average social skills.

When I was in my early-20s, my brother had a friend who was not a good-looking guy by any means. I'm not movie star material myself, but this guy would walk past the church and Quasimodo would say "Man, that dude is ugly". But he got lots of girls. Fantastic looking ones. It wasn't about money because none of us had any; he just had the right talk and attitude.

I'd love to be 20-years old again only because the competition is so weak, misguided, and fearful. Do looks matter? Of course. Does money matter? Of course. Do materials matter? Yes, but none of them are the be-all, or end-all to getting women. The truth of it is most guys today are incompetent, cowardly, misguided (yes, I said it twice), inept, and whiners. It gives me no pleasure to say those things, but I read the same sob stories here almost daily. And I say the same things over and over: 1) women who are interested in men want to meet and fuck men; 2) the tactics one uses to get laid aren't necessarily the ones to be used if you're looking for a relationship; 3) women aren't your enemy, but they don't owe you shit; 4) if you can't show competence, capability, and confidence, you're going nowhere.

Lastly, are you interested in getting women, or having a trophy (case)? I find it hilarious the amount of guys who are hell-bent on dating "9s and 10s", and then get crushed when they can't pull it off. You're the one putting emphasis on looks, and you're the one trying to satisfy your ego. If you need the looks of a model to have a great date and great sex, that's a "you" problem. When you limit yourself, you limit your results, and you're the one doing that. Don't cry about the rules you set.

I am overall against the blackpill and the mindset that comes along with it, but with that said I still recognize the truths of it and don’t bury my head in the sand.

As for the couples you see outside, you don’t necessarily know the context of their relationship. Sure they might be together and she might be slightly more attractive than him, but you don’t know what their relationship dynamic is like.

One of the most common dynamics I see all the time when the girl is more attractive than the guy is that the girl is the dominant one in the relationship, and the guy is like a lapdog. There are plenty of insecure women out there who will purposely date a guy they know they will have control over and who doesn’t have many options, won’t leave her. She generally doesn’t respect him very much either.

Then there’s another very common scenario where a woman who wants to settle down/have kids/have a family will lower their standards for a stable man with a steady job who they know will have money to provide. Sure she’s with him but it’s not necessarily out of primal sexual desire so to speak.

Then there’s obviously exceptions, but they’re not the rule. Overall from what I’ve seen plenty of guys will happily accept disrespect and poor behaviour from a girl if it means he gets to have a more attractive girlfriend. So while they might be together, you don’t know the context of their relationship.

The bottom line is social circles. They know each other and you're not in their social circle. Women feel comfortable around guys they see regularly and interact with regularly. I can guarantee you and me would have awesome girlfriends if we had awesome single girls in our social circle already. I've also seen some guys with money date the beautiful women I know because the woman wanted kids, a house, and a destination wedding. A lot of you are saying you see unattractive guys with pretty girls, but the face stuff is highly subjective apart from any overt asymmetry. There are whole different races with greatly different faces and women are attracted to various ones.

But the one common thing that persists across cultures and races is the preference for height. Face doesn't seem to matter as much as height, so that's why you're seeing that.

At 5'2, I have a tough road ahead but I won't give up. A lot of incels just need to try hard and they'll succeed because they're not that short, but for those who are super short like me, the blackpill really is true. It is also true for those who are autistic or have other severe problems.

The thing is that we live in an environment that is, in many ways vastly different to the ones our bodies and brains evolved for/in.

The cavemen that had the best physique could and in most cases did brute force their way into the top of the hierarchy.

This means that for the vast majority of our evolution, the ones with good genetics were also the best providers (as providing was mostly upto physical strength)

Today, it’s flipped upside down for women. The males they are attracted to physically based on their evolutionary instincts are not necessarily always the best providers.

A guy who has wealth / administrative or political influence today might be able to provide better protection and provision than a guy who is simply physically strong.

I have been feeling a huge shift lately that women are leaning back towards wanting romance, to feel pursued, and have good conversation.

There really isn’t a universal black pill agreement among blackpillers. But yes the answer you have on your post is the most common one among blackpillers. From my experiences of seeing how women react to me and my friends, having a good personality is critical. But her finding you good looking is what matters most. If she finds you too ugly to ever date, then your personality and attitude can’t convince her otherwise. If you can’t get your foot in the door, your personality and attitude can’t open it.

With this information above, my overall experiences with women is that all of them find me too ugly to ever date. That women are closing the door on that possibility before I can truly show my personality and attitude. When it keeps happening time after time after time no matter who the woman is, well you see what it results in.

You're likely overrating the women and underrating the men. Men usually overrate women as their standards are incredibly low. Most couples are looksmatched but average men generally are not wanted or desired.
