I usually hang out with my buddies who are experienced and have been in pick up for over 2 years, some which have over 100 lays, but on occasion I meet up with newbies and this is what I notice.

  1. Too judgmental

They care too much about everything, they're too self conscious, scared to take action, eject too quickly, and end up sabotaging themselves. They judge women too much and give them too much value.. You're not going to get married here, you're looking to have fun, stop judging women so much, and for the most part, you'll probably never see her again, so stop wasting so much mental energy on judging women. I don't even judge women until we've been seeing each other for weeks (and we've had sex) and then I decide whether I want to keep her in my life or not, only then do I judge or reject women, but judging a girl based on your observations or a 10 minute conversation is stupid.

  1. Too entitled

Unless you have the luxury of choice, have over 50 lays and you are a master seducer, I don't care if the girl is an HB5 or an HB10, if you're a newbie and you're going out at night (night game is the hardest), your goal should be to seduce, go for the girls who want to be seduced and that are into you rather than going for girls who aren't into you. Your goal is to develop a skill called seduction, and most newbies will never get good because they have too much ego. Typical scenario is the virgin that judges every small thing about a woman. "In order to fuck beautiful women you should fuck a lot of less beautiful women".

  1. Eject too much

As a newbie you have very little experience, unless you've been in over thousands of sets for the span of a few years, you don't know shit about what could happen with each set. Don't EJECT until the girl tells you to leave or fuck off. Don't make assumptions about the set unless you know for certain the girl has a boyfriend (you can still lay her but it will require more skill), or the other friend is cock-blocking, etc.. Most newbies make too many assumptions and act on those assumptions, which they end up losing good opportunities.

Another thing is because they're so entitled they'll think another girl is around the corner, but then they'll realize later on in the night that the set they ejected from was probably the best set of the night.

DON'T EJECT UNTIL YOU KNOW IT'S OVER AND SHE TELLS YOU TO LEAVE.

  1. Fluff too much

Don't FLUFF so much, your goal as a seducer is to find girls you can lay. Get logistics, get their relationship status, find out who they're with, what they're doing after, SCREEN them. ESCALATE to find out if they're DTF or not. A girl will talk to you for hours, they love free male attention, but they will waste your whole night. You should know the whole situation and if you could bang her within 5-10 minutes.. Again this has nothing to do with judging the girl, it doesn't matter if she's hot or not, nerdy or slutty, what matters is if it's possible for you to lay her that night. Most newbies are happy with female attention and validation that they'll talk to a girl all night, fuck that, do you want validation or do you want to get laid?

  1. Scared to escalate

Newbies are scared to escalate, which is why they sit around all night talking to girls. Escalate soon and escalate quickly if you value your night.

  1. Scared to lead

You should be able to bounce a girl within 5-10 minutes of talking to her. Same thing with escalation, leading is part of the screening process. You should be able to get logistics before you lead, but still lead if you want to push the set to the max. You're better off getting rejected than ejecting out of the set!

That's all I can think of right now, but seriously the first three points are the biggest problems most newbies have which is for the most part why experienced players don't want to hang out with them. This is also the reason a newbie will never get good, it's a viscous cycle that prevents him from getting laid, he's too judgmental, too picky, too entitled, ejects fast, scared, this is the recipe for disaster and because of this he will never develop sexual confidence. The typical newbie: virgin or a guy with less than 30 lays who is extremely picky, entitled, and judges women too much. Good luck!
