Thanks to this subreddit, my inner game has improved a lot. But at the moment, my inner game seems to be worse than, let's say 2 weeks ago. I get these spikes or periods where my inner game is really good, i'm the best in the world etc. But then there's these periods where i feel a litttle insecure and think about stuff too much. How do i make sure that i don't get periods, but rather stick to my "good" inner game?

I met a girl through a mutual friend last October. I didn't ask her out because a girl I had previously been involved with entered my life and things became a little complicated.

Anyway, according to two mutual friends/acquaintances, we have similar personalities, and she thought I was nice. I certainly took a liking to her and remember that we have some mutual interests.

QUESTION: When I eventually get back to university, should I initiate contact with her through Facebook, or should I get in touch with her through our mutual friend? Does it matter?

Keep in mind I haven't spoken to her for almost a year.

So, what's the typical advice if you want to try and get back together with a girl? We dated for like month and it wasn't that great, she was just really not ready for a relationship (had an issue with being sexual, kissing discomforted her) it ended on a good note, but we didn't talk after that really. I talked to her the first time the other day and we hit it off. I don't believe she's dating anyone and she seemed to be receptive to my flirting.

A few nights ago a girl I was with asked for something of mine, I said no playfully. She then proceeded to walk away and say that it ok because shell just call Brendan and he will come get her and she'll go with him. I just said whatever and through the thing towards her. I know that the general consensus throughout Seddit is that you cannot build much attraction through texts, and that texts should primarily be used to set up logistics.

However, there is a girl that had previously lived in my city that moved away for a bit but is coming back for university in exactly ONE MONTH. She has given me many IOI's including texting me first out of the blue. I texted her quite a bit for the past couple days but then today I did not because I didn't want to seem desperate and I remembered Seddits standpoint on text game.

It's been radio silence for the past couple of weeks between us, and I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.

My question is do I keep texting her a lot and gain comfort / some attraction? Do I call her or call her on Skype? Or do I wait till about a week before she comes back to start texting her to start establishing logistics for a date?

How to get over a mental block? I am a complete beginner and have read some stuff about inner/outer game etc but i can't go up to a set and open.

Currently I only do social circle gaming, but that also suffers from it. I have no idea how to get around it. Whenever I am trying to open I just get super anxious and start making up a thousand excuses, until it is too late and I regret it. Any ideas? Every input is appreciated.
