In my experience, Girls like guys who are improving themselves for themselves. Girls can sense when you’re too needy or overly concerned with what they are thinking. When I kind of like a girl but prioritize myself, they cannot get enough for me. When I really like a girl and all I think about is her and the next message I will send her, it kind of pushes her away. Forgetting about women may be the best way to make them attracted to you

I want to get in all of these posts and say personal development for personal development sake is the way to go. Find the values and interests you have and develop there along with a base of exercise, eating, and work. And if you don’t wanna do any of that, you’ll find someone that does the same. I'm trying to do so, and forget about girls.
I had spine surgery twice, and although I still manage to have a life where my handicap is not obvious, I can't stay up for a long time after a working day, or do sports other than light gym and yoga. So I have no more hobbies where I could meet someone, or just pretend to have an interesting life.
Event sex is not the real thing any more. Not that I could'nt do it at all any more, but I'll hurt myself if I do it frequently or simply if I let go and abandon myself to it. Being several days in pain just after getting laid isn't worth the hassle any more. I'd prefer to forget about it completely.

Also, my sentimental life has been ruining my mood and my self-esteem over the last 30 years. Sometimes I had no luck, or went in toxic relations, and sometimes I have to admit it was simply my fault.

So I'm trying to exist for myself, and doing the best I can with the time I have before I die.

And I honestly have no fucking idea what I'm doing, nor why.

You will live a much more meaningful life taking risks and possibly getting rejected rather than giving up and sitting on the sideline saying "what if?". I always feel good after approaching women even if I get shot down. Like going to the gym. I may not feel like working out sometimes, but I never regret it afterwards. Try listening to the "book of pook", and "mystery method". It will help you understand. Pick your head up, don't get fed up young buck!

I don't think that's the right mindset. As some others already commented you're doing all those things for you and improving yourself. Only you stand to gain from your personal growth and improvements. It's okay to be done with chasing after women but never be done with progressing and having a rich, full and interesting life. Everybody is different just like in real life so be aware that not everybody is compatible with one and other. Just keep working at it, stay social and the women that are right for you will naturally gravitate towards you

Honestly, you are either the type of dude women like or you are not. There is a lot of genetics associated with it that people won't admit in terms of your looks genetics (assymmetry), but also your behavioral genetics (i.e. aspergers, ASD). Some people may look normal but they behaviorally can't connect with people. If you are having so much trouble with women that it reduces your quality of life then just move on.

I've had success with women even before I got into seduction but it my success waxes and wanes. I can't imagine doing this without having any kind of base information on what a interested girl looks/feels like to begin with.

I would say focus on yourself to the point you become a narcissist. Improve your financial life by getting more skills if that means going to school then do it or get a good paying trade. Also, start going to the gym so you can have a positive place to put your frustration. I would do all of this, but still talk to women and ask them out on dates IF you feel chemistry, if not don't even bother and just treat them like friends. That way you don't waste time. That's what I'm doing now after a breakup, just learning and practicing socialization and flirting even though I know it's going nowhere.

Well my experience is pretty much exactly like this. I started learning about human nature, power, seduction, positive mindsets, resilience, the stock market and crypto. I started saving money, cultivating new relationships, going to new spots (on my own) and going to the gym minimum 4 times a week but usually 5-6 times. I stopped seeking attention and validation, I stopped coasting and trying to pick up chicks. I changed my look. I improved my diet. I started sleeping more. The crazy thing is I haven’t read the comments but I’m sure there are other that will report the same as me. The second I turned inward I felt stronger, more confident and less needy and therefore women found me more attractive. I would say I’m nearing a whole year of work and at this point everyone around me sees it and compliments me. The hardest thing for me now is not getting complacent with positive external validation. You gotta keep going like you can only look up, your future self will thank you. Don’t forget to stop and have a little fun every now and then too. Go to the movies alone, pick up a hobby, develop a skill. You’re at the point where you say enough is enough and if you harness that energy nothing can stop you. Question is, are you willing to make sacrifices? When I started to change my life, a lot of people couldn’t handle it. “Friends” start to show their true colors, girls who rejected you come back and people around you will start to test you because they see your value. It is vital that above all you value yourself, your health (mental, emotional, physical) and your time without inflating your ego. If you don’t take your life seriously, not only will people not take you seriously but you’ll set yourself up for anxiety and depression the way a grandmaster sets their check.

Totally can relate. 25M me met this girl on hinge. We were in seperate town for couple of months. The truth is even if you are doing okay with them, or once you get one, they come with problems of their own. If you're going after prime chicks age 20-24 then you will have your hands full with girls who are most likely very image oriented and draining to be around. Especially if clubbing is your primary means of picking up. It's not like you are going to become whole once you find a gf, or bang 3 different girls in one week.

Just get better for the sake of being better. Life is much more fulfilling that way.
