Hello-

I wanted to drop by to share some good news that will hopefully be helpful to those who are going through it.

After 3 years since separation, we went to trial last week. It was an extremely highly-litigate case. It left me financially destroyed. The Guardian At Litem assigned by the court issued terrible recommendations, including giving mom ultimate decision on all things having to do with our 2 children (8 & 5).

At trial my INCREDIBLE attorneys did an amazing job at laying out my case, we presented our evidence. By the time my wife testified all she could do was apologize.

Final result is that the judge ruled in my favor.

  • 50/50 timesharing
  • Shared parental responsibilities
  • No child support
  • No alimony

The shared parental is a big deal, especially considering the GAL recommendation.

It took 3 years of hell. And minimal timesharing with my boys until now, but we pulled through. She tried everything, including a false DV allegation to get a tactical advantage on our case. But I fought back and won.
