There are some things you can do to fight back:

Buy yourself the things that you want, without wasting money or over-consuming. You want a guitar? Buy the guitar and don't worry about it. Just... don't buy 16 of them, and make sure you take the time to learn to play the thing.
Go to the doctor and take care of your health. You should be getting yearly doctor's visits and consultations. The doctor should be doing a blood draw, weighing you, and doing a hands on physical examination. He should then be providing you with good advice for managing your physical health and fitness. You should also be going to the dentist twice a year and the eye doctor every other year unless they suggest something else. You may also need other specialists, like audiology if you have hearing loss that you need to manage.
If you are eligible for a program, use it. Get that snap card if you qualify. Get medicaid if you qualify, even if you have private insurance (you can have both!) This is what women do, we should do the same. I have two family members who qualify for both and don't really need either, but they have both and they get used. My wife and I both make six figures, my 85 year old father in law lives with us and gets snap because he works at a grocery store 10 hours a week for about $11.50 an hour (he's a retired college professor, he loves working there - more of a hobby than a job). He brings home enough food that we can supplement from our garden and the food budget out of our pocket is nearly $0, unless we want steaks from the farmer's market. Quarter million in income a year, and my grocery bill is mostly on the state. And, yes, three people can eat on one person's snap benefits if you don't shop like a fool.
Retire, at least on time if not early. Financial planners plan for you to live to 99. You aren't going to live to be 99. You'll be lucky to make 80. A man's median life expectancy is somewhere between 77 and 78. Plan for 80 instead, which means the numbers are a lot more forgiving for retiring at 55. After retiring, if you want to work part time, do it.
A lot of adult content is available for free. If you pay for that stuff you are an idiot. Sorry. Don't be simpin' on women who wouldn't give you the time of day if you weren't paying. That's one thing AI is good for.

A lot of men get drained dry because society is designed around draining men dry, but also because we are taught to let it happen, without taking what we are eligible for. If you are working and still make so little money that snap and medicaid are available to you, then consider those to be part of your paycheck.

As a 69 year old bloke who has lived a bit, my experience is this. At all stages of your life where you are not providing for some woman, you are not seen as a fully-integrated member of society. Can trace this all the way back to adolescence, when aunts, sister and mother would be asking "Not got a girlfriend yet..?" when I was too busy trying to play the cards I'd been dealt (born working class, nose badly broken at aged 11, neither of which made me a fanny-magnet). The key was education and a good job, after which I had to beat women off with a shitty stick. Needless to say, my earlier drought made me very discerning.

Regarding the wealth transfer, the most amusing thing I've seen in my life is this. My brother in law is an excellent mechanic, and built up his own garage business from scratch. By the time he was rolling in cash, my wife's kid sister decided that she'd like to divorce him and play the field. (She'd lost a lot of weight, and was posting her pics on the internet, a new trend in the early 2000s).

The guy simply stopped paying the mortgage on the house, and allowed his business to fail. She was evicted!! He had money salted away that she couldn't touch, he soon started another enterprise with a mechanic partner. The books are cooked so that it appears ol' brother-in-law has tiny minority interest.

Meanwhile, all these years later, my sister-in-law has been forced to work full time to survive, and is still posting pics, most of them 20 years old, and taken through a beauty filter, for a range of disappointed suitors to show up at her rented house. They never stay long.

Divorce is a big one. How many female billionaires got that way after divorcing their husbands? There are some women billionaires that are "self made" but most got that way after a divorce. Then again basically all self made billionaires had connections. Sure technically when they were married they both had billions but after a divorce the woman gets half even if she didn't earn it. How many trillions of dollars have women gotten from divorce?

I have seen online a few times when the woman has to give half of her assets away because she makes more or has to pay alimony. In that case, the feminists all consider that to be unfair because the man didn't earn it. Women don't think it's fair when they need to pay alimony. I ran the number for the USA around a decade ago. Men pay 75% of taxes while women receive 80% of welfare. That amounts to a $2T/yr transfer of wealth from men to women via proxy of government! Mind you, when I ran these numbers the GDP was $16T so that meant 1 out of every 8 dollars made was taken from a man to be given to a woman. And that is only government direct welfare, it doesn't include alimony, child support, or the myriad other ways government takes from men and gives to women (e.g. preference for contracts to women owned businesses).

There are knock-on affects to this as well. Considering an unwed mother of 2 can get $37k/yr cash-value in government support, what must a man make in order to be the better financial deal? Well if this guy wants to spend $10k/yr on himself (car, phone, food... $800/mo gets eaten up fast), and then earn the taxes on top of that, he'd need to make at least $60k/yr to be the better financial option. And that's 1/3rd of all men. That means government has replaced 2/3rds of all men as marriage material! That's an extreme disruption to the dating/marriage market.

These two points, and many that follow from just this transfer of wealth from men to women via government, is why I consider Bureaugamy (marriage to the state) to be the #1 MRM issue. Bureaugamy is the root cause of the vast majority of MRM concerns.

Until we vote to remove female special privileges, it will be this way. A woman doesn't have to register for Selective Service, and get DEI support for education and employment. The government takes our tax money and plays their husband by giving them protection and provision. So they incorrectly believe that they are really independant.

This is the direction men should go. Stop contributing to society. Build up your own homestead while paying the least amount of taxes possible. Let the cities fall. If a woman wants to escape the hell of the city, she can come to your homestead, bear and raise your children, cook your food, clean your house etc.

Do not sign a marriage contract with the government, because it only considers finances and unfair to the higher earner. Do a spiritual or religious marriage. Move to a 50-50 custody state with capped child support (KY, WV, FL) and have children there, or she will leave and sue for child support, because she can keep the kids and get paid for it.

My little sister was hired as a Web Developer and was given the position of Senior Developer after a year. She had no computer experience and never learned to code in the time working there even though I recommended she do so. Wealth transfer doesn't happen to all women. Only a small portion of them, because the majority simply cannot attract such man. This wealth won't be transferred to the general female population either. I believe that women are an important part of society, (just as much as men) the reason that they work "less" is that they are staying at home looking for the kids.

(if you don't count childcare, which I however do, hence it is one of the most important jobs in our society, so working less basically in my opinion only applies if you would mean physical labour, but then again, do I work less job in IT, I don't think so. I think childcare is just as important as making money.).

Now let's get to the store one, I see two reasons for that.

1.) stay at home mom:

But I get what you mean. I just think it isn't that unfair that women get rent their entire lives, as I believe all humans should have equal rights (which in my country they have).
